About the Author

Theron Simons has spent over four decades building, operating, and leading businesses across multiple industries.

At twenty, he purchased his first company and sold it two years later. Since then, he has founded and partnered win ventures ranging from construction to recycling, retail and agriculture.

In 2008, he completed a lifelong goal of rebuilding his family farm. That work became the foundation for a non-profit he co-founded with this wife, Mary - serving children and adults with physical, developmental, mental and emotional challenges. Over 17 years, the organization reached roughly 10,000 individuals.

Throughout his career, Theron has employed and worked alongside hundreds of people, giving him a front-row seat to a pattern most overlook:
